Busy day. Rare, late afternoon run after Max's soccer practice; from Murray Park soccer fields, I ran 10 Miles along River Trail out west over Two Rivers Bridge and back east as the darkness set in. Managed slow MP, 6:48/mile (67:58 total), thanks in part to the coolish temps in low 60s.
