Eternally grateful to my amazing wife, Isabel, for her support along my journey over the last 18 months (5 Marathons); my brother, Luke, and his wife, Melissa, for taking the time and making the sacrifice to come to Boston for an anxiety-filled weekend; and to my mother, Phyllis, and father, Mark, who have supported me, forgiven me, and loved me every day of my 29 years on this planet. 

Dad, you did it.  You're the best role model a son could ever ask for.  

And of course, to all of the FRBs who took me in, gave me advice, and treated me as one of their own, thanks.  Rob / Jeff / Walter / Steve / Adam -- you guys are awesome.

Post-Boston Massacre Question to Ponder:  Over the next 40 years, would we be healthier running 4 Miles in sub-30 minutes, every day, or completing two 16-week marathon training programs (and running two marathons, every year?
