Ran 8.7 Miles (6:41 avg) to Lake Catherine State Park Trail Head, 1.6 Mile Loop on Fall Branch Trail (8:34 avg), and 8.7 Miles (7:00 avg) back to parents' home near Malvern.

No fuel, one bio break, felt good.
