Finished fast with last minute at 4:57 pace followed by a .5 Mile cool-down.

12 Total Miles including 3-4 Miles of brisk walking.

Wow! 5:13 and 4:97 paces on a TM. The minute at 4:97 was really good. I think I'll try to stretch out a quick minute and then see if I can string together two to four of those one-minute "Fartleks" with one mile recoveries.
