5X800m Repeats in 2:55, 2:53, 2:46, 2:48, and 2:48 at Scott Field on an 80 degree morning; not as fast as a month ago, but the last three were solid and close to target.

10 Miles for the workout and 12 Total Miles for the day after walking to and from church with my kids.
