5 Easy Miles on a recovery day in dowwntown LR.

Caught an early showing of Silver Linings' Playbook this morning.  Great writing and maybe even better acting...I highly reccomend.

Heading to my Mon's Dad's 90th birthday party later this afternoon. Nice to share genes with a man that age who still drives, hunts, hikes, and goes dancing once a week. 

Happy Birthday, Granddaddy (I don't thinks he's ever been on the internet).
