Beautiful morning to push the pace a little along Norfork Lake near Mountain Home. More like a 52K, but I’m okay with bonus mileage as long as it’s not due to getting off course:) I was first overall, and one of my talented XC runners won her age group in the 25K!

I don’t know about that, but that’s you! Been working hard on a few small things that I hope provide some balance and allow me to run ultras competitively into my 40s and 50s, God willing!
