4 Miles at 8:00/mile to warm-up before what I intended to be a 4-5 Mile tempo run at 6:22/mile; managed 2 Miles before backing it off for 2 Miles at 8:00/mile, then 1 Mile at 6:22, then a half-mile at 8:00 pace, before finishing with a fast half-mile at sub-6:00, proving absolutely nothing other that I have a lot of work to do to regain (and improve) my speed.

With cool-down and one-mile commute, I ran 11.5 Total Miles.

Dave tells me we ran 16.6 Miles in 2:10 and change, an approximate 7:58/mile average pace. In preparation for the LR Marathon on the first weekend in March, we ran roughly the last 17 Miles of the Race Course, starting a block from our office building at Mile Marker 9. Great temps, around 45 degrees or so with a light wind, for running.
